4 – 5 of June Ecopress held experience exchange days for representatives of Latvian companies working in the field of waste management. During the first day participants visited Ecopress factory in Estonia, where the presentation of equipment company produces were made, and got acquainted with manufacturing process and equipment usage possibilities. Meetings with representatives of Estonian companies specializing in waste collection, transportation and recycling were held during the second day. Participants visited Tallinn Landfill, where oversaw the work of mobile unit shredding used tyres, milling equipment, contemporary compost ground; building inside dismantling, performed by Lustrum OÜ; construction waste treatment site of ATI Grupp OÜ, where the work of different equipment was demonstrated; on Väätsa Landfill, where waste sorting line, construction, hazardous waste and secondary raw material treatment equipment is successfully functioning.
